Audit & Finance Committee
Members of the Audit and Finance Committee are appointed by the Board of Directors. The key functions of this committee are to assist the Board of Directors in overseeing financial reporting procedures, to ensure compliance by this organization to legal and regulatory requirements and to ensure financial resources are properly managed.
The members of the Audit and Finance Committee include:
